I seem to be in a streak of sequels this month and that continues this week.

Tuesday! Yes it's Tuesday and I am in the mood for some action adventure. Some politics may be involved. I sense a theme lately. Can you tell what's on my mind.

This week: The Night Agent on Netflix.

So fun and interesting. I really get into the watch, no distractions.

Throwback Thursday - this one is near and dear to my heart. It started my journey into the unknown and the fantastical.

This week: Star Trek: The Next Generation

It is cheesy and sometimes sappy, especially in the first two seasons but you can't beat the message Gene was trying to portray.

An excellent and fun read, just as entertaining as the first. A casual conversation in a murder mystery. I am usually not a fan of direct first person mysteries but this author has shown me that I can enjoy it if done well.

I am truly a pantser and I am influenced by what is happening around me. The story went the way of romance and I went with it. The romance added an element to the story it was missing. It's still dytopian but the romance story is the driving force for many things.

Tuesdays is becoming my favorite post day of the week. Under rated shows are my jam!

This week: The Diplomat on Netflix

I have no idea how this show caught my attention or sucked me in. But give it a watch, even if you don't like political intrigue.

Finished Book Friday - What did we finish this week??

I finished Mother Daughter Murder Night by Nina Simon

It was a compelling story. I liked how it focused on the relationships. It was a little slower for me, but it is definitely worth a read if you want something between cozy and serious.

Throwback Thursday - time for something crazy from my past.

This week: Eating the Cheshire Cat

Strangest novel I have ever read but I couldn't put it down. I get more now that I live in the Southern United States.

Follow Lucaโ€™s rise from Burner worker to unexpected arena contender, guided by the scarred and secretive Quinn, as each decision costs more than he can afford. Deep character arcs, tense alliances, and a morally gray underground make this a must-read for dystopian fiction fans.

Polluted cities, rationed meds, and a rigged entertainment system threaten Luca and his brother โ€” but a risky plan involving underground networks and staged fame might change their fate. This novel reveals how one desperate choice can open a path to the BioDome.

A wonderfully fun book. I suggest reading along with the audiobook as Kate McKinnon voices that as well and it is a blast. The entire thing is a production. I loved reading it on its own and with the audiobook as well.

My writing partner today...although one would argue they don't look like much help. They keep making noises every time I clack the keyboard, like they're dictating to me. ๐Ÿคฃ

Tuesday is here - time for a show!

This Week: High Potential on Hulu and ABC

A great dramedy with police procedural vibes. Fun and intriguing with an underlying dark slow burn mystery.

Finished Book Friday - What books have we finished this week?

This book took me a while to finish and I am not sure why. It's long but not longer than many others. Weird. A fun read. Highly recommend for readers of cozy mystery and something fun. I warn against watching the movie first.

Throwback Thursdays - the day when I post about media I think is worth another read or binge.

This week: The Devil Wears Prada (book and movie)

The movie is very different from the book but I am looking forward to the new movie.

Unfortunately, I can't find Millicent Quibb. So I have taken it off this list and started two new books this week that I am so excited to dive into. The second one had another title originally or maybe in other markets. Something about wives, but I can't remember.
