decade of domination.
Never forget that Kane was radicalized by Val Venis.

There are only 5 baseball players who have more hits than Madonna too? Didn’t know that.
it's been wild to see where this line of copy travels.
pretty sure he’s a car industry psyop.
rip to a legend. I’ll never forget the time I saw a kid use his heelies to ride along the vietnam memorial in DC.
95% of the people would disagree with you. They’d be wrong, but that’s the gentrification argument inherent in your original point.
If a 20 story apartment building that has 30% affordable housing goes up on an empty parking lot, people will call it gentrification, but it’s not displacing anybody.
I’d say they are two different things, tbh.
Displacement is a legitimate concern. Gentrification is mostly an argument about aesthetics.
“In that borough, the expanded rollout will bring the bins to Prospect Heights, Crown Heights and Weeksville, according to City Hall.”

NEW: After an anti-bike lane lawsuit sent the Department of Transportation back to the drawing board on 31st Street in Astoria, the agency is responding… with a plan for an even longer bike lane on the deadly corridor.
why is leap day william filing taxes
Yeah, I think one of the most incredible things about the pope-off is that when previous popes have done similar things, it had to go through a translation barrier, but no nuance and no shade is lost when the American pope is being bitchy [complimentary]
Really starting to feel just how long the GOP has set the terms on how we talk about taxes, and how much the Dems just rolled with it
Would love every city in America to do similar to short-term rental properties owned by out-of-towners or holding groups
"It is ironic that I should feel compelled to express myself this way, because I am not a comic book fan. I think that the vast majority of comic books are unbelievable, immature and inane."
I saw. Don’t.

thats why you have to refocus on the Safer Grand Army campaign.
The opposition to the Mount Prospect skatepark has some mind-numbing arguments, and every time I wade into that fight, I regret it.
The publisher of Spider-Man can't figure out how to make comics for children. They leave that to Disney or license it out to other publishers. Even DC's been doing good YA stuff for 10+ years but Marvel can't figure out how to copy them. Ooh it makes me so furious
This is not specific to yesterday's layoffs, which came from Disney, but Marvel's razor-thin margins shrink constantly, they can't hire new editors, they slash rates, they let people go…but a little long-term strategy could build a profitable YA division. They laid off their one YA editor yesterday.
Every year the data shows middle grade/YA comics are bigger than ever. Virtually every comics publisher that turns a profit does it with their MG/YA line. But Marvel, they can't be bothered. It's negligence and I'd even call it a failure of leadership. Every laid-off editor could still have a job.
we do all agree it’s a bad, brad.
