Some announcements of the forum and rally have said it is at the Sheriff's Office. This is inaccurate. The correct address is 575 Administration Dr., the Sonoma County office, which houses the Board of Supervisors.
That forum will take place today, July 22nd at 5:30 pm in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 575 Administration Dr., Santa Rosa. Members of the immigrants' rights community will be inside to speak. We the people will gather outside at 5:00 to to demand zero cooperation between the Sheriff and ICE.
More info from Susan Lamont:
The Truth Act, which went into effect in 2017, requires a local legislative body to hold a community forum annually if local law enforcement allows ICE access to any individual.
