I did get a chance to say hi, but before I could think to tell him that his performance in Good Time made me forget it it was him for a sec, he had to go to the bathroom. Oh well.

I was like 'oh god im not going to know who it is and why people are excited, am i?' But I did in fact know who it was. It was Robert Pattinson and he was all smiles. So apparently we were going to o a Q&A featuring Robert Pattinson in Panels 2.

Had i dream last night I was part of TRG and we were doing a panel and Claire noticed someone in the audience, shocked they were there. Surprisingly it was not the actual, animated cartoon Johnny Bravo. The crowd stirred and I was like "who is it even?"

I really wish you could tell Youtube that you will never ever be interested in a specific ad because I swear to god if they try to advertise that STUPID country concert coming to my town until it happens in June I will McFrickin LOSE IT.

It would probably be better to not let the morally questionable character go on adventures. Keep him home, work the magic on him.

But also...I just really want this character to go on adventures because that's more fun and it's what I want to write.

There are definitely times in my story where I'm like 'this probably doesn't make sense' or 'there's probably a better logical solution to this' but it's also me writing it and not the person who's gonna make some video essay about how dumb the logic is.

Like, trying to write my own story makes me see why so many things are written the way they are. I can't imagine writing something AND having to be mindful of filming, actors, gameplay, etc and all of THOSE elements too. People forget it truly is a miracle anything gets made.

I still say that the difficulty of writing is underappreciated. It's frickin hard. Trying to keep all your concepts together, keeping track of the details and all the information each character has, trying to pace things out, trying to decide on which of the 1000 dialogue possibilities to go with.

So today I learned that RE5 on Switch actually does have motion controls. That's awesome.

OG RE4 was like "Oh, finished this one minigame mode? Here's an infinite ammo machine gun that can fry the entire game." "Finished the new side mode? Here's a costume that makes Ashley invincible." "You can play with infinite rockets just for finishing the game."

I also really don't like when like...fun mode unlockables are locked behind the hardest stuff in the game. Like cool, I'm going to have to play the game on the hardest difficulty and speedrun it just to make the game way easier.

So I kinda hate how fast mods for games come out. Like girl it is way too early to see youtube videos of Leon RE9 just fighting Springtrap and shit.

I loved this LP so much. Superjeenius' RE4 is one of my favorites, and there's no one better he could have played RE5 with. What a dream team.

That feeling when you want to categorize a thing, but there are examples to the contrary, so you have to get more specific to rule those out but then it sounds like you're flippantly ignoring things and being too specific, all the while trying not to sound like you're being too dramatic.
