The worst thing is that attendance/absence records seem to differ depending on the tutor. My daughter & a friend had 100% attendance, now downgraded to just 93% just like that. I went and complained....up to 95%. Doesn't make sense and blame is shifted from tutor to reception back to tutor. Insane!
