Today is Trans Day of Visibility. Trans, non-binary, and gender-nonconforming people have always been here — from the hijra of India to the Diné nádleehi to the leaders who built the modern LGBTQIA+ movement here in New York. Figured I give an update as well as transparency before I resume my break. This should be the last message I make until my break is over.

As of tonight, licenses of trans people across Kansas are being invalidated en masse, enabling the overnight criminalization of an entire group of people for going about our lives. It’s often said you never know when you’re living through history, so let me assure you: that’s what’s happening now.

I absolutely agree. That's why I am still on an extended hiatus in general because of my actions and I am permanently out of commentary/commentary related content period regardless of if I return or not.

What that also means is that videos on/actions like investigating or handling serious situations is NOT going to make a return. Not only do I have a lot to learn when it comes to those topics but it is clear that this is not my field of expertise and like a job, you fuck up enough times, you're done

There's a lot wrong with me that made me think any of this was okay to do, and that needs to be fixed to ensure I hurt no one else in the future. So I will be taking a long break to figure out what's going on, how to fix it, and how to prevent it from ever occuring again.

There are two other addendums I wish to add. My messages were not intended to be coaching but upon further review from others and also re-looking at the messages myself, it absolutely was coaching, so that is another thing I take full responsibility for.

I preach accountability and transparency, and that includes myself.
In 2024, I participated in a group call with Morgan to confront them over what happened with TurboTH. At the time, I believed that if they stayed away from minors and were being monitored, the call didn't need to be public.

The responsible thing to do now is for me to acknowledge the mistake, be transparent about it, and allow appropriate channels to handle matters moving forward and accept the consequences of my actions.

I previously stated that I will no longer involve myself in pushing or assisting with claims like these going forward, and this reinforces that decision. These situations carry serious consequences and require standards beyond what I was equipped to provide.

I should not have assumed I could personally “keep an eye on it,” especially given that grooming and similar behaviors occur in private.

However, when situations involve serious safety risks, accountability cannot rely on informal/private oversight. It must be transparent and handled through the appropriate and structured channels.

I was wrong. By choosing not to make it public, I limited the information available to others, and I understand how that raises valid concern about transparency and safety.

My intent was to prevent further harm through direct accountability.

I do wish to make a public apology for blasting RCV5 over leaving a comment on Beckett's live-stream. That was fucking dumb of me, especially because RCV is innocent, so I called him out over nothing.

I'm sorry and I do not support this behaviour.
