It's a vtuber model reveal graphic. There's 5 different levels of the reveal, one for 15 likes and reposts for the feet, one for 30 likes and reposts for the legs, one for 45 likes and reposts for the body, one for 60 likes and reposts for the close up and face, and one for 69 likes and reposts for the chat mascot.
