Schar did less against Brereton Diaz.

Satire is almost impossible in such cartoonishly evil times.
Out of the current crop, probably yes. I wonder if he would just hit all of the same barriers Howe has. I'd rather see what Eddie could do after proper support from above (systems and organizational not just cash) and a bit of a rest.
Was an unbelievable manager in his prime, but he wouldn't have touched us with a bargepole then. His time has been and gone. We need someone to build this club, develop players.
Pretty spot on those marks.
When I was nine I just liked the lightsabres and the explosions.
Yes! It is absolutely the best one. Joyous nonsense.
Things that irritate me no. 92#: carefully placing the football so the tiniest fraction is over the quadrant line when taking a corner. We all know that ball is going to be smashed into the first defender, or sent looping way over everyone. Stop pretending you are working with millimeter precision.
It wasn't for want of trying. There was a list of players we were outbid on (primarily wages) that would have improved our side.
Yes, exactly this. It wasn't like we weren't trying to sign players.
As football shirts go, I don't mind it. As OUR football shirt, no.
So far...
Aaaaah.
Why is Howe's mark so meh?
🤣
It might be my dodgy memory, but didn't those assistants leave because they got the top job elsewhere?
I love Hall, but I thought some of his wayward passing put is under real pressure today. We all see different things though, so fair play.
Ah, the glory days of Askew and Frankie Pingel...
John, you're being uncharacteristically positive; I fear for your well-being.
You are also correct.
Interesting or unhinged? I can't decide. I think we can be sure PSG hadn't planned for this.
Can recommend - there's even a couple of pubs on the outskirts.
Telford Mills
Yes, I agree - and if we were signing a player from another British club I would expect them to uncover this kind of behaviour. A player from a foreign league however, and I don't think it can be expected that the club have as many ears to the ground. Anyway, like you, I'm really glad we've got him.
Oh, I take your point, but unless you had inside access to a secret investigation the chances of knowing are pretty slim. Maybe the whole paying his wages while suspended thing might build in a sense of owing us (I appreciate that loyalty and football are increasingly opposite ends of a spectrum).
Feels a bit harsh - the club were meant to spot that Tonali's club might of thought he had a gambling issue?
Nice
Local auction?
Yeah probably, but neither of us smoke so 🤷. Either way, Corsodyl, as you say, is frankly weird.
My wife always thought of it as a smoker's toothpaste.
Stood next to Gaz Coombes of Supergrass one night at Brighton Station. Nodded at each other.
