This is a win for Indiana, but license plates are STILL being tracked in other states to criminalize folks for accessing reproductive healthcare. This is a multi-state issue where data can cross state lines, which is what makes it extra flocking creepy.
These Flock cameras literally track where your car goes and were being used to investigate reproductive care and immigration AND were able to be subpoenaed by out-of-state officials too. We can thank Texas for that one.
