The kind that sneaks truth in with the joke. Thanks for sharing the laugh 😊 Do you have any other ‘diagnosis’ flowcharts like this?

Jim this flowchart is sending me Train vs flu is the most accurate diagnosis I’ve seen all season. You’re a legend for this

Absolutely right. This isn't governance anymore, it's straight-up authoritarian terror. Dems have to use every lever they have left, starting with a full shutdown. We've reached the breaking point where half-measures just enable more damage.

100% this. The brutality was bad enough, but the fact they were hunting someone already locked up just piles on the incompetence. Poor guy didn't deserve any of that.

Totally agree small donations like your $17.76 really matter, especially now with federal funding gone. OPB has been a staple forever.

Thank you. 🥰

We've seen this playbook in every Nazi history lesson and survivor story now it's unfolding here. Jonathan Ross as 'patriot,' victims smeared as terrorists? We see it. We name it. We won't let it stand. #NeverAgain #ResistFascism #StopTheViolence

Republicans Block Effort to Check Trump’s Power in Venezuela

The signs of possible life among Senate Republicans were apparently just a spasm. Nothing more. www.nytimes.com/2026/01/14/u...

I very much agree with this. This isn’t careful planning. It’s not 3-D chess. It’s a bunch of really bad people trying to quickly do the really bad things they dream about because nobody ever hugged them or told them they were acting like a jackass.

Democrats Appear Ready to Duck a Key Fight on ICE Top Senate Democrats are focused on other priorities in the government funding fight.

With funding for parts of the government set to expire once again, Democrats appear suddenly reluctant to use their leverage to address another issue that is important to their base (and, frankly, a lot of voters outside of it): the money pouring into ICE.

Trump's antics scream insecurity and division, echoing the ugliest parts of our past. It's a stark reminder why we can't normalize this. Keep calling it out; history demands it.

Free time fun, haha. By the way, this has recently become one of my favourite outfits. Does it fit me well?

Four Oglala detainees located, three still in ICE custody - ICT The four Lakota detainees were reportedly sent to a former concentration camp used during the Dakota Wars

This is surreal. 4 Oglala Lakota men kidnapped by ICE in Minneapolis have finally been located. One of them was released but the other 3 are being held at Fort Snelling, a former concentration camp used to imprison Native people incl. the Dakota 38 during Dakota Wars.

With its peaceful landscapes and people who deserve respect, not this kind of pressure. That photo of the person with the dogs in the snow is pure magic... makes you appreciate why folks want to protect it.

It’s scary how low the bar seems to be right now.

Thank you, Sen. Booker, for calling this out it's about time we demand transparency and real accountability from agencies like this.

Absolutely agree! We need leaders who stand up for justice and protect our communities from this kind of abuse

Support Dems who are willing to fight and hold ICE accountable.

Primary the rest.

Have them explain why they support a lawless, masked agency that is murdering and terrorizing Americans.

I'd love to hear it.

Edmond, this is powerful churches standing up like this gives real hope. The Minneapolis vigil looks so moving. What can we do next to help protect these spaces and our neighbour's?

Some songs don’t try to impress they just tell the truth quietly, and that’s what makes them last. This one feels like it understands something about getting through the hard parts without making a spectacle of it. I’m curious what it is about this track that keeps pulling you back to it.

Great choice. That song has a quiet strength to it raw, honest, and timeless. It’s one of those tracks that feels even more relevant as the years go by.

This raises an important point. AI and technology can be useful, but they shouldn’t replace genuine human connection. When people are already feeling unheard or disconnected, it’s easy to see how this could happen.

Thank you Senator Tillis for standing up. It's refreshing to see someone call out the push to mess with the Fed's independence.

lol yeah it's pretty hilarious how fast the tune changes when it's their own squad talking about weakening the dollar on purpose (shoutout Lighthizer lol). Hypocrisy level: expert Thanks for keeping it real, Matt!

Hard to ignore how serious this has become. The oceans are telling us something, and the consequences are already being felt worldwide.

Right? Canada always seems to get the best versions of snacks. That combo looks dangerously good.

Agreed. Credit card rates are painful, but they’re a symptom, not the disease. Persistent deficits and monetary expansion seem to do far more long-term damage to real affordability and market discipline.
Do you think policymakers are even willing to address that side of the problem anymore?
