Turned 29 this weekend, so as is customary, I programmed a 24 hour marathon of schlock for myself and all of my friends to become completely delirious over. It ruled, and I love movies.

Update on my Monster Hunter Wilds experience: I reached High Rank, I caught a giant squid, I ate many delicious-looking meals, and I have had so much fun. The grind is only just beginning, too! 😭😂

I am loving Monster Hunter Wilds! World was my introduction to the series, and it could not have been better, instantly becoming one of my favorite games ever. Wilds, with its extraordinary environments and engaging monster battles (plus many quality of life improvements), may be even better!

GUSHING PRAYER is our first entry into the pink film realm (we hope to do more) and it’s a very heavy hitter. 2K scan from the original camera negative and a solid amount of extra features.

Going to start a thread of everything I watch for Japanuary this year - kicked things off with Noboru Nakamura's The Shape of Night, a sumptuous vision of colorful nightlife neon that hides destructive patriarchal power structures beneath the vibrant surface. A brilliant and gorgeous film.

We are playing fantastic so far. Whole team looks up for it! Diop, Berge, and Robinson standouts so far to me. Also, Berge and Lukic together in the midfield is SO nice. Let’s get another goal and win this match!

Fulham back in the top six too. Some tricky fixtures to come but underlines the excellent job Marco Silva is doing. Some key departures in summer, right through the spine of the team (Palhinha, Willian, Tosin, Ream) but #FFC replaced them well and kicked on. Deserves more plaudits

Iwobi has been exceptional this season. Incredibly consistent, filling the 'Willian' creativity void for the most part but across midfield. He's got eight goals/assists this season, already one more than last year. He's stepped up for #FFC.

I love Fulham Football Club so much!!! We have a great squad and the vibes are through the roof. Excellent performances from Iwobi and the whole back line. Thought Muniz had some excellent holdup play, and so nice to see King get minutes. Sad about Nelson, but fingers crossed nothing too serious!
