While working full time still!! I only took off a month of time because we don’t have any paid maternity leave at my job. I had to do work the day I got home from the hospital 🫠

My accomplishment cake this year has been surviving postpartum with severe PP anxiety and depression. Zoloft helped. Also, exclusively pumping for 7 month. It was hard but totally worth it. I wanted to continue but I had to put my mental health first because it is soo draining!

Pregnancy is crazy. I had to be put on metoprolol because my heart rate was resting at 100+.
Look at how quickly my resting heart rate went down after giving birth (April)
