I went with a Road Scholar tour group. They made all the arrangements (other than air travel) and all the transportation. We stayed a few days at the Hampton Inn near the San Juan airport and a few days at the Hilton in Ponce.

The day the Affordable Care Act passed was one of my proudest moments as president, because it meant that millions of Americans would have access to health care, some for the first time.

I got back home from Puerto Rico last night. I arrived at the airport 4 hours prior to my flight as recommended by the hotel and my tour leader (7:30 am). The lines were long, but no major problems. About 45 minutes from arrival at the airport to check my bag (including USDA scan) and clear TSA.
