Unless you believe in reincarnation.
I really dig this tune! www.youtube.com/watch?v=z4j9...
Uh, I think I really like margaritas, craft beer, Single Malt Scotch, and Oxford commas.
S'what I mean. He's looked disengaged since his last injury return.
Habs tripped over their own dicks in OT and Dach gets the blame? Fuck off. Yes, he made a mistake and has been far from stellar, but to pin the loss on him when the Habs didn't have a single SOG in over 11mins in OT. Ridiculous.
FWIW - he should not play in game 3.
My column on lineup changes Canadiens head coach Martin St. Louis should make for Game 3 vs. Tampa Friday night at Bell Centre after a couple of big mistakes proved very costly in 3-2 OT loss in Game 2 that handed the series momentum to Lightning #Habs: montrealgazette.com/sports/hocke...
Here's link to this week's Hockey Inside/Out Show as I join former Canadiens' Chris Nilan and Rick Green to discuss Habs OT loss in Game 2 vs. Tampa Bay Lightning and a couple of big mistakes by Juraj Slafkovsky and Kirby Dach that gave series momentum to Tampa: www.youtube.com/watch?v=yHl6...

Not an issue if you're not wearing pants.
Also OT in an elimination game.

Happy Earth Day!
You know it.
You just know there's "fans" that would find something to be critical about 2 minutes after winning the Cup in a sweep. Tune 'em out, Brother!
Especially Youppi!
Gah!
On a game that slipped away and the lessons that it brought the young Canadiens.
We have a series. A pretty great one, too.
Off to Montrealππ»

Losing sucks. After a flat performance in OT, the #Habs head back to MTL with a split.

The Canadiens head home with a 1-1 split. Mission accomplished, in a way. But the captain does not feel that way.
Nick Suzuki and his linemates have been outscored 3-0 at 5v5. At home, Martin St. Louis will have the power to help change that.

My only concern is how badly they shat the bed in OT. That was 11+ minutes of watching the 21-22 Habs. Whatever, they'll adjust.
I've always liked Dach & felt, when engaged, he is a terrific player. He's not engaged enough, though. Right now he's playing for a contract (his career?) & seems completely disinterested. I also wonder just how much of a mental toll his injury history is taking on him.
It's possible.
The Canadiens lose momentum in falling to the Lightning in overtime.
Despite the loss, the Wilde Cards is the clear winds of change for the two teams.

Call up Normand Baron to go after Doucherov in game 3.
The split is good. The total lack of anything resembling offense in the OT is not so good.
