Unless it's for a very niche setup: which most likely will give you a copy&paste solution. Most of the important functionalities can be accessed through a GUI.

Troubleshooting may be more confusing if you are new to Linux, but I find that windows a lot of weird quirks: which aren't reported online.

It's a technology with so many variables that it's a miracle anything works at all! Having built multiple printers since the early years of the hobby, it's a wonder how they make them so user friendly nowadays.
