One a penny, two a penny? In *this* economy?
Happy birthday, Ma. We miss you.
Or rather, it’s not good, but it’s good to know.
Oh this is good. Thank you for doing this work.

I like the idea of Meetily, which runs entirely locally and therefore doesn't have the same privacy issues (although you should still declare that you're using it with other participants in a meeting). But I've never been able to get it to work properly for me.

You know? I’d like to correct myself here. Content management is *not* a solved problem. It is evolving and shouldn’t be set in stone. Everything is changing all the time.
But it’s not a problem you should solve by yourself.
Got the call. I can exhale now. Still answering questions though.
Strong +1 to that. Which is also why the whole AI makes things cheap to build idea is an illusion.
Harry Nilsson, but I don’t know if this is a place where I want to pick sides. Just gimme more interesting music to listen to.
Homemade, bespoke.
My take is: save your bespoke building to the stuff that uniquely makes you special. A CMS is not that. Content management is a solved problem.
I’ve been quote posting replies to this. Keep them coming!
Spiky!
That last two-parter was soul destroying. There was so much more to say and do.
The money is a real problem: it comes from a minority of high net worth funds and individuals. That’s a weak point: attack the funding sources and you shut down the newsrooms. It also highly depends on their business decisions and predilections. We need far more resilient, diverse business models.
I like the ankylosaurus’s style: stay low, do no harm, but if someone comes at you, fuck their shit up.
Buttercups, running wild over a meadow.
Runner-up: snowdrops, doing something similar.
