They say you should never release things on a Sunday as engagement is rubbish, but I have finally gotten around to writing why I think we need a healthy does of scepticism around AI in Education. > t.co/y29zavcz4E
Let me know your thoughts.

Here's the pitch:
Almost every primary school I've encountered is worried about the effectiveness of their approach to teaching reading after phonics and whether it provides pupils with engaging reading experiences.
My book offers a tried-and-tested alternative.
My new book, Primary Reading Simplified, is released this Monday.
Briefly, I'd like to explain why it exists, who I think will find it useful and where you can find it.

Hello everyone! 😊
1️⃣ I run a weekly newsletter called TeacherPrompts, supporting educators in integrating AI into education. 📚🤖
2️⃣ it offers teachers insights, practical tips, and the latest industry developments to enhance teaching methods and administrative tasks. ✨
Big take away for me this weekend at #TDaPElive was @garein.bsky.social and his honesty and humility as a leader. Someone I genuinely look up to.
Was also wonderful to chat @mradamkohlbeck.bsky.social and Sarah Cottinghat - such smart thinkers.
Well done Macks mate.
Really enjoyed sharing my thoughts with #TDaPELondon & learning from others! An achievement with organisation @kieran-m-ed.bsky.social Fab hospitality, Bishop Justice @misssdoherty.bsky.social, long time no see @lwilliamsjones.bsky.social
What a day we are in for! Have been so excited for this for a long time! #TDaPELive
On my way to #TDaPE London. Looking forward to meeting other 'time-poor but enthusiasm-rich teachers' and hearing what they've got to share about school improvement. All in aid of a good cause, too. See you there and thank you for organising @kieran-m-ed.bsky.social @lwilliamsjones.bsky.social.
Remember conferences… there’s one happening tomorrow. Like the old days.
Looking forward to seeing colleagues and friends and learning too.

Wallop. Have some of that good stuff. Top drawer as always from Cass.

Lying if I said I was excited about this roast
Friday morning briefing, throw one of these out. Add it to the board. Come back to them week on week. Build staff sharing of examples. Helps culture. Big love to @suchmo83.bsky.social for a load of these. It’s the little things that add up to the big things.
Yeh it’s solid. Decent for policies and other bits. They’ve also introduced a tidy AI feature
Absolute 💯 best of eggs is Ashley
