I don't know how I can even begin to describe to an abled bodied person what it is like to to be in pain every single day. The last time I had a FULL DAY with absolutely ZERO pain I was 12 years old.

Oh no last time my doctor had a peer to peer where the insurance denied me care he was talking with a dermatologist.... and a peer to peer is supposed to be with a doctor who is in the same specialty. So it was not a hyperbole lol

It's some dermatologist that is denying me gastrointestinal care. And this is no shade to dermatologists, but that is a different specialty!

It is BONKERS that the law even allows insurance to have doctors that have never met me or seen me deny me care. If my doctor says I need something, that should be it. And then 99% of the time the doctor at the insurance company isn't even a doctor that specializes in the field that my doctor is in.

Back in the ER. Probably going to be emitted to the hospital again. Crohn's disease sucks. Also insurance sucks for making me wait for approval on medication that would keep me from coming to the ER so much.
