I couldn't possibly comment on the thickness of some planks I've met.

I'm strongly considering it for next year, I missed the cut off this year and now I stubbornly feel like I have to watch at least 1 thing on iPlayer to justify it.

So Clark, Lois, and Jimmy are all July babies in real life?

That must have been a very love filled set to work on 💓🕊️✈️

When I was little, the U.S. military came to our home at gunpoint and took me and my family away. We were imprisoned for years in barbed wire camps simply because we were Japanese American. I have spent my life telling that story, hoping it would never be repeated.

without early and consistent exposure to Black authority figures, many people, mostly white people, will struggle to fully accept Black leadership as normal or even legitimate.

It would be really interesting to know the percent of technical errors that land in the deserted parts of Palestine, Vs the ones that seem to accidentally land on civilians.
This is all so horrific and infuriating.

Superman means a lot to me. Like a LOT.
But this movie, made me feel proud. I nearly cried 4 times. I laughed and was all in.
This Superman feels like the Superman I feel when I say SUPERMAN.
I have already pre-ordered the DVD.
I loved this and I really needed it. Thank you James Gunn and Crew 💓🕊️✈️

Every machine in a Hospital that diagnoses your body without cutting you open is based on a principle of Physics, discovered by a Physicist who had no interest in Medicine.

If you think the world doesn’t need Basic Science, or that somehow Science has failed you, think again.

** Evidence You Might Be In A Cult **

You follow one charismatic Leader.

In your Leader’s mind, your Leader can do no wrong.

Loyalty's the ultimate measure of your devotion.

Just found out that my favourite cartoon of the last 30 years roughly, is my friends 7 yr old sons favourite cartoon. This makes me very happy

You're not the only one. I have no idea why it ended like that, I don't know if it was supposed to be one season or if someone pulled the plug part way through, but I was in for the long haul 😭

Also, American accents sound exactly the same when saying Aaron and Erin. I'd also like that addressed, please and thanks from a British person 😄

A toothbrush is upright inside an empty glass jar labeled "Pesto Classic Basil." The jar is sitting on a light-colored countertop. The background consists of textured wall surfaces.

I look around at single use items that I’ve reused for many years and wonder if we can design containers to be multi use from the start. There’s no reason glass jars can’t be glasses, measuring cups, etc.

Tesla (TSLA) UK sales crash after being only positive market in Europe Tesla (TSLA) has seen its electric vehicle sales crash in the UK after being the only positive market in a...

Tesla had been heavily discounting leases of the new Model Y in the UK compared to other European markets.

In addition, EVs were exempt from the “luxury car tax”... but the exemption ran out on April 1st, 2025.

Now that this is gone, Tesla’s sales are also crashing in the UK. 📉🔥

There are smart scales now (I have one) that sends an electric pulse up your hips and that measures fat, muscle ratio, hydration etc. But it
can only be so accurate. There's a proper medical one called Dexa or something but that's a machine you step into and I imagine is very expensive

I don't even know why it's used for individuals at all. As I understood it, it was best used to measure populations en masse because it's a general indicator not a specific one. I've always been heavier than I looked and have been on the higher end of BMI even when I was considered "skinny"

Honestly my first thought was that he didn't write it. It uses words that I don't think he would know much less use appropriately like 'calamitous'.
I know not everyone writes as they speak, but I feel like the capital letters are there to imply his intonation unnaturally. Regardless, 🤢🤢

Yeah I asked about this on LinkedIn, it's hit or miss across Europe and there are exactly 2 options in Iowa USA, for the first time this year.

People are missing out!
