So went to see @jamesgunn.bsky.social #Superman last week and really enjoy it. @davidcorenswet.bsky.social is spot on. Revisited then #christopherreeve #superman and still a benchmark. Superman II was fun but Lester's comedy has aged badly. Looking forward to what's coming next.

Great piece on Val Kilmer and great choice of KIss Kiss Bang Bang as a highlight. Though would have loved mentions of Spartan & The Salton Sea, Val was brilliant in these. Finally, a lot of people forget Real Genius and Top Secret which proved Val could excel in comedy early on in his career.
