“The best thing to do is remember they’re not real.. and seek the reassurance youll need.. remind yourself things are okay. Things will get better, it was traumatic.. but things will be better..”

“Bring up your concerns.. be soft but honest.. she’s likely in a very unstable spot, and will need support.. not to say you have no right to be upset with her.”

“Well, she and you are both in a difficult mental state.. it’s best to talk softly, yet firm with lots of reinforcement on how you feel about her.. but boundaries are to be laid..”
