I think Acer is pretty firmly a lawful neutral character-- he's loyal to his own code but that leaves plenty of room for him to still be either nice or an asswad to people depending on the situation.

Two OCs, Acer and Clover, are riding on an above ground subway. Acer has his arm lazily wrapped around the back of the seat with one leg on top the other while Clover kneels backwards on seat beside him to look out the window while holding onto his arm. Clover has a wide childish smile as she excitedly reports back to Acer everything she sees outside. Acer is looking back at her without much expression, but he's listening to every word she says.
Clover's not used to the city just yet-- even the boring commutes that Acer found himself sleepwalking through are the most exciting things in the world to the kid.
