Just for clarity, because I'll feel bad if I don't say this: I'm not sharing this as a sob story, I'm sharing this because I want people to know it's okay to not be okay. Not everything is sunshine and daisies, there are bad times too and you're allowed to be upset when they come.

Can 2026 just stop please? Can it be 2027 now? I've been dealing with emotional hit after emotional hit non-stop since November and I'm getting close to some sort of breaking point right now. I just need one week where I don't get some sort of terrible news that has me near tears right now....

Had my first ever MRI today for a shoulder issue I've been dealing with. It's really strange lying on a "bed" that just slides into a giant metal tube! Probably the most painful experience of my life though, the positions needed for good scans PERFECTLY aggravated the problem 😭
