I know there is a lot in flight. But I'd love to see allowable ADU size increase to at least 1200 sq ft. There are a lot of really decent 3 bed 2 bath designs at 1200 sq ft.

Beautiful morning in Ypsilanti.
City Council’s approval of the air rights agreement is a historic step toward a new, state-of-the-art downtown library. This milestone proves a better future is possible when we work together. As Board President, I’m proud to see our vision advance as we secure world-class resources for all patrons!

Lots of nice spring ephemerals in LeFurge Woods. Loved the little zine library with a had made wildflower guide.
The kids and I checked our block yesterday before the storm and unclogged 4. Will go back out today before the next storm.

This is a great example of how impervious surfaces (streets and sidewalks) restrict root growth. Roots don't want to grow into places where there is no moisture nor oxygen.
That is what we needed. And some floor lighting.
Good. Mostly just lost sleep.
Yeah. That was what we learned too. We recently moved a couch down there, which was clutch. But the basement is in need of spring cleaning.
