I don't know who came up with the names for young women, but I feel like they use multi-stage docker/container images.
The "builder" stage is a common stage in which dependencies are installed and software is compiled. The compiled software is then copied to later stages.
I've also heard good things about "The Calusa and Their Legacy" by Macmahon and Marquardt, but I haven't read this one yet (it's on my list, though because the pictures look cool). This one focuses on the large fishing-based empire in the region.
