One person using these tools to create software for their own personal use is one thing, it’s another if companies decide that this software is then suitable for mass consumption.

It amplifies the Dunning-Kruger effect.

On one hand, I welcome the opportunity for anyone to produce the tools they need to improve their life.

But on the other hand, those tools let anyone produce software that they don’t understand how it works. It may seem to work and fulfill their needs, but therein lies the danger.
