it's just so funny, an entire generation was like "we must raise our children towards a fairer, kinder world" and as soon as their kids got old enough to actually try to build that fairer kinder world they acted like it was some huge mystery why all the young people weren't bloodthirsty war boosters

I stumbled upon some [embarrassingly specific to me] fanfiction bits and pieces I wrote out in, like 2020(?) and they're... not terrible.

I think one of the major causes of my social failure is that i don't like fun things like parties and loud music. I don't mean this in an 'oooooo I'm not like other girls' way. But it a 'I just want to make out sloppy on the couch while a movie we don't care about plays in the background' way.

What I am interpreting from my dreams last night is I need more romance and less defend the tower style video games.

I can definitely manage and control one of those things.

Trying to press my hand against the part of my chest that's hurting, but the part that is sending pain does not register the sensation of my hand touching it. 😢

We always enjoy coming back to the Evergreen Cultural Centre in Coquitlam and enjoyed performing for the wonderful audience there. One of our younger fans held up a poster during the show, which we have been given permission to share with you.

@arrogantworms.bsky.social show last night was wonderful. I laughed so much and was unexpectedly struck breathless by the Snow Removal Guys polyphony. I am so so so excited to see them again tonight.

And, as every other time I see them, gosh I hope @arrogantworms.bsky.social play "Lonely Lab of Broken Hearts" tonight. I would cry.

It's finally time for the @arrogantworms.bsky.social concert (1 of 2 for me) my giggle muscles are ready!!!!
