If you have a switch I highly recommend Ring fit and making a habit of doing like 10mn of exercise in the game (so it’s like 30mn IRL ?) that game is really underrated it can really have big impact

The goal is exercising but first you must find something you enjoy doing. As long as you move to it body, it’s good for you ! Walking, running, swimming, any movement is good ! Don’t try to do it perfect just find something that make you move and that you enjoy to do !
