- asking myself "what do you need rn/how can i love you" and then doing that
- movement practices, yoga, qigong
- regular massages
- time with friends who have more capacity and self love/acceptance than me. particularly ppl w more life experience

Outside of external circumstances, I think there is a part that dislikes how current social status quo works, and want to work towards something different.
