Yeah sorry this is Commutavan, not a Citivan, but fairly similarly rare. only 376 out of an order of 500 were built for the USPS after issues with the US government and builder company. As of 2020 it's believed only 26 are still around.

Another view (I couldn't get a photo of the left side), the Citivan seemed to be originally painted in orange but the color seems to have faded over the years. I genuinely have no idea how long this has been here, I've been living nearby for 7+ years and only recently discovered this.
