This gets me thinking about FOIA in regards to govt employees chats with chatGPT. As a former govt employee, we were routinely told that all of our work chats - like Teams, slack, etc. - were subject to FOIA. I would LOVE to see how the higher ups are using chatGPT for work in the last year.
