Again this is a dumb framing by Sean James that would be fine labeled “opinion”. The end of COVID was a massively inflationary event, mirroring the deflationary event of it beginning (they were literally paying people to take oil). This isn’t an “odd” claim unless you’re reaching to own the libs

The thing with ORC that gives me pause is that by default it leaves a lot up to interpretation for the line between rules and lore/reserved. Like if you have Troika and the character definitions imply the setting. Or, is a random encounter table a procedure or reserved
