My booth spotless, but my computer? Started off organized… currently, 5 year old auditions, scripts from who remembers when & recipes I never tried, though the banana bread cookies still look tempting. My computer needs Fall Cleaning: 1 file a day. Anyone else with this problem?

For me it’s Rural. My mouth just cannot pronounce it without sounding like some sort of injured animal 🫤

I agree! Personal experiences are the best to use for me as well. For me it tends to be the best way to bring out an authentic read. Time and experience always a plus.

That is a really great tip! I have never thought of checking out the other characters to make sure I am not similar to those for the part I audition for.

Things are slow for me right now and that is ok by me. I love slowing down a bit and just hanging out in front of pretty lights.

My current condenser mic is failing so I am definitely needing one. I have 3 kids and 2 of them have started to develop an interest in voice acting. This year has been tough because I have to have 4 surgeries that may help my disability and I’m down two, but the recovery has been a challenge.
