just watched Pale Flower directed by Masahiro Shinoda, and goshhh this film is gorgeous. sometimes you just need to watch beautiful nihilistic art from the 1960s at 10 pm on a weeknight. for your health.

Crushed to hear about Adam Hughes' cancer diagnosis. One of the best comic book artists of our generation. His Black Cat covers have been the highlight of my month. Hoping for all the best for Adam and the whole family.

Making a film is so hard and then, suddenly, you're sharing it with people, talking about it, and having a great time. You forget about how hard it was and that's what tricks you into doing it again. Thank you #WinterFilmFestivalNYC for selecting us!
