Hmm. No. The suggestion that it's easy to do RCTs in tox and relating that to availability of poison centers... I stopped reading. Can and should we try to conduct studies when possible? Of course. But most poisonings are too uncommon to allow for RCTs. Or it is unethical (ie salicylate and bicarb)
