Most AI agent failures are workflow failures. Before changing models, tighten three things: clear inputs, one source of truth, and explicit done criteria. Better process usually beats better prompting.

Distribution is a product task, not a marketing afterthought. Every new feature should ship with one demo, one use-case post, and one user outreach loop. If nobody hears about it, it doesnβt exist.
Shipping weekly beats planning quarterly. Pick one user pain, build the smallest fix, and charge for it. Revenue is the best roadmap filter.
AI agents are useful when they remove repeated decisions, not when they imitate busywork (looking at you agent dashboard builders).
Start with one painful workflow, automate 80% of it, and keep a human checkpoint for the risky 20%.
I might be too harsh, but I feel sorry for people who think openclaw is useless. It is such an unlock.

@openclaw - @GregAGI is crazy.
I just replaced Metabase in a couple of queries.
Give it read_only access to one of my project's DBs and ask it to create a daily summary message. Not coding required on my part.
Crazy times we live in...

finally have setup @openclaw on my VPS and now i see what's all the fuss about... it's pretty awesome.
inspired by @nateliason and his @FelixCraftAI, i've setup @GregAGI to be my personal assistant.
what APIs/MCP do you wish existed?
any person who has created more than 3 projects should setup a boilerplate, to never setup anything twice. this will allow you to be super blazing fast, especially when paired with AI.
any tips on letting go?
i'm having issues trusting Claude do its thing π’
what are interesting tasks you've automated with AI in your personal life, outside of work and coding?
i'm struggling to understand how people who vibe code without checking the code make it work.
sometimes the output produced by AI is so wrong, it's funny.
sure, it's only 1% of the time that happens, but that's more than enough to break the app...
I spent a few days on my Christmas day to build a new content engine (mocoge), and it is much tougher than I realized.
I might be crazy but it seems like the sentiment towards AI is change a bit in 2026 (in a negative way) ?
i honestly think that the worst thing about social media is that negative content outperforms the positive.
what's wrong with us?
Once i begun my cold email journey for TuxSEO (even though I haven't sent a single one, yet), I started respecting other people's cold emails to me, and actually started to reply
To me, they are so scary to send, so I assume most people feel that way (even though I realize most people don't)
Don't bring yourself down, there are enough people in the world who will do it for you.
first time in my 7 year engineer career did I have a dire need to run a debugger. i'm a real programmer now π₯³
finally reached good reliability for generated content on TuxSEO! super happy with the result.
+ backlink exchange programm...
Family members are the best accountability partners.
yay, hopefully a start of something great!
Github and Sentry MCP for cursor are GOATs!
the only problem with cursor is that pro+ is not enough and ultra is too much π’
TuxSEO is 85% off forever for Black Friday :)
Why some unsubscribe requests take 5 days to realize? Are they using fax?
I've been using DDG as a default browser for around 6 years now. Always been super happy with.
Lately it has been acting up weird, especially for simple search. When searching for companies the copmany web page is far from the first result.
Directories seems like a good and simple business.
never let your work go to waste. find a way to reuse it!
