Yep. Went back and started NG+ on Ultra Hard again with my last loadout, and it's a lot better. Not sure why I thought NOT doing that in the first place was a good idea?

I think my mistake is starting a new game with Ultra Hard settings and not just doing NG+ again like it was originally intended. Probably gonna scrap my progress so far (I'm only just now at Chainscrape) and start over.

Holy shit, they're not kidding. Aloy is so under-leveled, and gets trounced by burrowers right from the start. It takes 8-10 arrows to take down a boar. How do people do this and enjoy it? I'm gonna have to farm machines just to get XP so I can level up enough even for the first few missions.

After finishing the remaster of Horizon Zero Dawn (NG+), it seemed only natural to go right into playing Forbidden West. Since I had already done a NG+ playthrough right before Burning Shores came out, I figured that I should try to on Ultra Hard for the achievement...
