Check out our Product Hunt launch at www.producthunt.com/posts/react-tv
Thats a lot of features to deliver at one time but I didn't feel the site felt complete if I missed any of them.
Stay tuned in the next week(s) for our official release!
Features coming soon:
Streamer Mode:
- Assign timestamps to videos for blur/mute/other effects.
- This can save you from TOS or copyright violations.
Stations:
- Watch multiple channels at the same time in a grid.
- Great for organizing gaming tournaments where you want to see every angle.
4. OBS Embed Support
- Get a direct link to the video source for a Channel.
- Use Open Broadcasting Software "Browser source" to display the synced video as a fallback for viewers who do not want to visit this site.
- Use our QR code to direct users to your react.
3. Modern Watch Parties
- We support features that you expect from synced watch party services you have used in the past.
- Users can request content and vote on them for approval from the host -- even directly in chat.
- You can even start a watch party on your 24/7 Channel at any time.
2. Ethical "React Content"
- Turn on React mode to insert your live stream side by side with the content being played.
- Your audiences views are funneled back to all sources being watched to support independent content creators.
- VODs (replays) are a work in progress.
1. 24/7 TV Channels
- Avoid the algorithms by defining content you want, one week at a time.
- Schedule a weeks worth of content from YouTube and Twitch with our unique calendar system.
- Use your existing YouTube playlists as sources for content. Re-sync them when you make changes in one click.
React.tv has had a lot of upgrades recently in preparation for a soft launch. I will give a breakdown of all the features under this post.
But first, I want to introduce 'Replays' Beta. This is our first step toward ethical React VODs. Rewatch your live reactions alongside original source content.
How React TV Works. Ethically React to content on your livestreams.
How React.tv works. Generate a 24/7 TV Channel of content.
I am trying out a few marketing images to help describe React.tv. It can be difficult to explain what the app does, so let's just show it!
Still a work in progress.
I also couldn't help but enjoy seeing the same struggle to explain the site which I have endured for the last nine months.
Every time I try to do an elevator pitch i go on tangents of all the capabilities to ultimately just call it a watch party haha.
But you nailed it.
@siliconflorist.com Had a wonderful little segment on React.tv. The project has been purposefully under the radar until recently so it's a joy to hear others chatting about it.
Thanks @turoczy.bsky.social for a great "pick me up" this morning.

Give your audience better accessibility control. All sources can be controlled at the viewer level for things like Closed Captions and Volume.๐ฆป๐ฆป
Ethically "React" to content on your livestream by creating a watch party and toggling on "React" mode. Your audience contributes views back to the original content, meaning you can watch great content AND support independent content creators.
All in under 25 seconds.
Try it out today at React.tv
This works for both scheduled content and for channel watch parties.
Future updates will focus on allowing users to control the sizes and positions of content in React mode.
React.tv can finally live up to its namesake.
Just released the first version of "React" mode. Add your Livestream and your viewers will be able to watch the channel side by side.
All audience views get funneled back to their original sources - meaning you can now ethically React to content.
Playback updates:
- Volume control has a slider.
- Hosts in watch parties now have red control bar

- Status bar shows blocked embed regions
- Updated error for blocked embeds; show blocked regions
- Fixed some watch party playback issues
