Thank you to all of those who sent condolences and supported me and the family of Dave Lenz. It was appreciated.

It's a tough day today; we will be attending a funeral for my oldest friend. It’s been fifty-three years since we met, and now it’s over. I’m going to miss Dave Lenz dearly.

Tomorrow is Dave's Funeral. After grieving all week and trying to find some kind of sense to it all. Today, I have a glimpse of relief.

Not to be too overly dramatic, but today I feel sad about the loss of a friend to Cancer. I still haven't fully accepted that he will no longer be around. I am going to miss Dave Lenz. I have 53 years of knowing a person, and now there is this big hole in my world. But his battle is over now.

My Successful project for today has been replacing the lace on a Black Corset vest.
I've shared a Link to show the style of the vest/corset in question.
Fortunately, I had a spare lace in my junk stash and didn't need to purchase one.

We had 12 folks join our Meet-up for March. We’re planning a picnic for May 2025 (May 17th)! I suggested Falls Park in Pendleton as the spot. I’ll reach out to those who’re interested to keep the planning going!
