Have I recommended Seaman McGuire's Wayward Children series to you yet? It was a big part of my lockdown comfort media.

That said, I 1000% support not reading stuff that isn't a fit for your current emotional state!

Honestly, I found his first novel to be oddly comforting. Sort of a "life is a disaster but these two entities have found peace within each other and that's amazing" vibe.
