Roundtrip flight and they missed my bag both times. Both. Times. And this is after upgrading and getting priority bags 🫠 This doesn't even touch upon the terrible plane I was stuck on for a leg, or the completely unhelpful baggage agent in Orlando. Who lied to us about more bags coming out.
