Once notable thing it did was create a race condition on an async process. I pointed it out to Claude and it was just like, nah fam this won't happen because the API call will return a value. Well, what if the API fails for some reason?

I tried Vibe coding my job with Claude this week. It got a lot right, but the things it got wrong were catastrophic. We're not replaceable... yet.

I have to meditate before I go to Costco. Not even kidding.

@resonite.com was a trip! Thank you @nexulan.bsky.social and friends for showing me around yesterday and spending a literal hour getting my avi imported! I think more people should at least check out the platform, but don't go alone. It has a steep learning curve.

I think my issue with Tupper's response is the community is unhappy about the favoritism. Instead of advocating or even showing a tiny bit of empathy for the community, Tupper doubled down on why the favoritism occurred and pretty much just said "we're a business deal with it".

Good reminder of what VRChat is. They're a business, they make business decisions that benefit them, not you. This is the "Head of Community at VRChat" btw...
