I don't know how effective this will be - very little kids programming, if anything, is made for broadcast. But Paramount (Nickelodeon) and Disney own broadcast licenses so there is risk.
So it's worth it to get as much comment out there as possible.
what the FCC *can* do, and what it looks like it is doing, is issue threatening noises towards networks to try and intimidate them into doing their bidding.
Basically how they got Kimmel pulled - issue threatening noises to ABC affiliate owners about license renewals.
So I'm looking into that FCC thing about gender identity in kids shows (lord I'm so tired).
The TV ratings guidelines are a voluntary program overseen by TV networks and streamers. The FCC has no direct oversight role and thus cannot defacto "ban" content.
