And we're off to a great evening with the @utrechtjug.bsky.social at the KVK with @rijosam.com on Tulips to Turmeric: Lessons Learned from a Global Team
Well, well, wellβ¦ looks like there was more to it! π€©
Rijo Sam smiling and telling stories about "Tulips to Turmeric" in front of a big screen stating 'The retrospective' with an image of sticky notes and blue pens. In front of the JUGNoord attendees.
Hanno Embregts playing guitar. In front of him is a music standard for the microphone and a high table with an apple laptop on it. Behind him is a big screen with a cool photo that was taking during his key note at Devoxx Belgium a couple years ago. On the left you see some attendees from the JUGNoord event in the DUO building.
Had burritos, swapped culture stories, and ended up singing βStairway to Heavenβ with a room full of Java devs. Not your average @jugnoord.bsky.social night.
Shout-out to @rijosam.com & @hanno.codes for the laughs, lessons, and live music. ππΈ

A few years ago, my confidence in encryption and cryptography was shaken by an issue with a pseudorandom number generator (PRNG). An unintentional mistake in choosing a blocking algorithm resulted in timeouts for many customers.β¨
You can read more about PRNGs in my latest @foojay.io article.
