A Hillary Clinton presidency with a Democratic Senate majority would have been net positive for the U.S. because of SCOTUS, even with 2018 & 2020 red waves and a GOP-induced economic depression as COVID hit, yet things would have turned out worse if the GOP held the Senate in 2016 but Clinton won.
