Though my favorite speaker of the event was a trans woman from Minnesota. I forget her name but she was really hammering in how we need to make sure we fight for immigrants, communities of color, lower income households, everyone. Really loved to hear that 💖

Beshear also was the keynote speaker for the event and I gotta say, after listening to what he had to say, I have infinitely more respect for Beshear than I do for Newsom. Very glad to hear the governor of a ruby red state say winning doesn't mean throwing people under the bus.

Oh actually, I can share about when I was in DC on Sunday for the LGBTQ Victory Fund Champagne Brunch! It was a decent time. I didn't meet too many new folks but I did chat a bit with a maryland state legislator.

Also got my picture taken with Andy Beshear, so that's cool!

It is true! Single and looking. I've not had a crush in some time tho, but I think that was just me being anxious. I think now that I'm more confident and looking, I'll probably think myself compatible with more people more often.

To clarify, my jealousy doesn't manifest in disliking the person but moreso feeling excluded and more of the self-doubts

I don't know if I get jealous *easily* but I get jealous more often than I'd like. I have a lot to be grateful for, and I am 💖 but my own anxieties and self-doubts keep me away from things I'd like to do or be, so when I see others doing or being that, I do get a lil jelly.

I volunteer every election where I live and I've volunteered enough to where I can now identify the regulars! Most of them are Republican. But still!
