Day 3 of intermittent fasting. Not as difficult as I thought it'd be, and only had to tweak my fast start time. Turns out there wasn't enough time to get home, walk pups, cook, and eat by the deadline. In thinking, it turns out this will better match how I eat on weekends, 2 meals and snax.
