Covid is a social justice issue.
Mitigations like masks, anti virals, air purifiers and tests cost money.
We should have free respirators in public places. Mandatory masking in hospitals. Clean air benchmarks. Paid time off.
Those steps would drastically reduce spread.

Progress! Five others dice boxes are almost to this stage but need more sanding before pictures. Anyway, they feel close to the end. Which is always more work than you think. But the no fun work of gluing magnets and posts is done.
Bluesky moderation suspending trans people for wishing ill on the members of a hate group who are actively working to eradicate us shows us what a morally bankrupt crock of shit civility is and how it only serves to punish victims and protect victimizers. Bluesky should be ashamed of themselves.
Since I roasted that (probably-not-a-real-person) account the other day about Gen AI stuff, I might as well add this. Not something new, but I'm saying it in case someone needs to hear it: using Gen AI is *not* going to help you if you are neurodivergent or disabled. It won't. (1/5)
(So late seeing this) Yeah that's kinda where I&'m at, but it's also like, some people are gonna think it's not ok to do and may put themselves in a rough position over it. I& worry about that kinda thing. I& do wish they'd be more clear about it than "consent" which doesn't really... cover it?
It's also really dicey in terms of say, creators with chronic pain. Where does it draw the line? Are we not supposed to be intoxicated at all, or can we just not feature the intoxicant? Because if it's the former, that opens up a big can of worms for a lot of us.
