My first A3 format painting :) The first one that worked out. It is much harder to work on larger formats.

The irony of saying "No one reads anymore" is that there are more people alive on earth who read books now than there have been at any point in history.
It's *percentage* of public who reads for pleasure that changed

happy new year author-nim @goodmenxx.bsky.social ♡ i really hope there’s some rest scheduled in, it’s a bit concerning seeing no breaks at all while managing two series at once
pls prioritize your health and don't get sick, hope 2026 brings so much love and happiness your way

I love this painting.
There's such a hidden story there.
Is the painter being annoying?
Is the painting meant to be put above the snack drawer her already chunky husband keeps raiding?
Or is she judging us through the mists of time?

Aaaand my favorite book I read this year was Jane Eyre by Charlotte Brontë!
I feel a bit behind reading through a lot of classics for the first time at 35, but this one really surprised me. I thought it would feel outdated and slow but that wasn’t the case for me at all. Wish I had read it sooner!
So here, after fifty years, is Fahrenheit 451. I didn’t know what I was doing, but I’m glad that it was done.
I've decided on Fahrenheit 451 as my final book of the year. I have read Bradbury, but for some reason, never this one.
Usually I skip the forewords but decided not to, and I'm glad I read this one because it was lovely, and ended thus.
I’ve been trying to figure this out for ages. maybe you can help… in what written language would the same book have the least pages?
