I had a customer the other day LIVID that I wouldn’t let her return an item without a receipt, and was mad we would let her leave without a receipt if it’s that important (I asked her if she wanted one and she said no)
(Also, trying to return a different item than what she had just purchased)

She told me something we sell caught on fire in her microwave and I asked if it was microwaveable

Also that I couldn’t give her a discount on something without my manager present

Just had a customer say “never have I hated my cashier” and I’m trying to figure out if that means she hates me
